At Boa Pilates Studio, we follow the STOTT Pilates method – a global standard for safe and effective body training.
For those who would like to train together with a friend, partner, or family member, we also offer duo sessions – an option that brings extra motivation and a shared rhythm.
Group Training
Our sessions are held in small groups (up to 4 people), ensuring that each participant receives full attention from the trainer. This approach guarantees safe and effective workouts, with a focus on strengthening the core, improving stability and posture, which enhances mobility and reduces the risk of pain or injury.
If you’d like to train together with a friend, partner, or family member, we also offer duo training – a motivating option that brings shared energy and rhythm.
Individual Training
Tailored to the needs of each client. Through an initial consultation and assessment, the trainer creates a program that follows your body and progress. For individual sessions, we offer a reformer with a tower, as well as a chair, ladder barrel, Cadillac, cardio bike, and other equipment – enabling complete and effective training.
Prenatal Pilates
A training program designed for pregnant women, with a special focus on breathing, stability, and proper posture during pregnancy. The exercises are created to ease everyday movement, improve sleep quality, and prepare the body for childbirth. Before joining the program, consultation with a physician is required.
