Our sessions include a variety of formats on both the reformer and the mat. They are not booked separately – all elements are combined and adapted to the group or individual class.

WAKE UP REFORMER

Morning class for energy, focus, and a great start to the day.

FUNDAMENTALS

Pilates basics – precision, stability, and control of movement.

MOBILITY FLOW

Movements that enhance mobility, fluidity, and improve circulation throughout the body.

FULL BODY BURN

Strength and endurance training – activates the whole body.

MAT

Classical mat Pilates with emphasis on control and concentration.

JUMP

A dynamic class with the jump board, combining strength and cardio elements.

09:00 AM - 13:00 PM (group classes)
Individual training sessions available outside this time by appointment.
