At Boa Pilates studio, we practice the STOTT Pilates method.
The STOTT Pilates method was developed with the support of physiotherapists, sports trainers, and experts in anatomy and movement. It focuses on proper body alignment, balance between strength and flexibility, as well as breathing that supports core stability.
Unlike the traditional approach, STOTT Pilates integrates modern knowledge of biomechanics, making the exercises adaptable to all levels – from beginners to professional athletes.
