TRAINING USAGE POLICY

PACKAGE VALIDITY

*Purchased training packages are valid for 30 days from the date of payment and must be used within that period.
*Payment is made at the beginning of the package.
*Six-month membership: includes 1 month of freezing option.
*Annual membership: includes 2 months of freezing option.
*After the validity period expires, unused sessions cannot be transferred to the following month or refunded.

TRAINING CANCELLATION

*Any class not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, as well as any scheduled class you do not attend, will be considered used and charged regardless of the reason for absence.

MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABILITY

* Memberships and packages are non-transferable – only the person who purchased them can use them.

REFUND POLICY

* Once the payment is made, refunds are not possible, regardless of the circumstances.

TRAINING SCHEDULING

* In case of late arrival, trainers are not obligated to extend the session duration.
* If the membership fee is paid on the same day, the trial session will be included.

PAYMENT FOR TRIAL AND INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

* Payment for trial sessions or individual training sessions (not included in a membership) must be made at least 24 hours before the session, either via bank transfer or in cash at the studio.
* The training reservation is confirmed only after the payment has been completed.
* Due to frequent cases where clients book a session but fail to show up or make the payment, this policy has been introduced to ensure accountability and optimal scheduling of training sessions.
*Card payments are currently not available.
